Barre is a ballet inspired workout class that incorporates small movements with small weights and body weight, and combines strength, cardio, and flexibility. You will workout to upbeat music in a positive and fun atmosphere while feeling aspects of ballet infused into the workout. Round out the class with a yoga inspired flow that will help you not only strengthen, but stretch your muscles, and leave you feeling accomplished and relaxed.
