Turn the heat up a notch with HIIT Cardio/Core! Start class warming up with simple body weight exercises. You will raise your heart rate with 15-20 minutes of cardio using just your body, incorporating plyometrics to challenge your body. Wrap it up with 10-15 minutes of core work using light/medium weights targeting the core of your body from your shoulders to your quads. While this class offers high intensity, challenging options, I also give plenty of options for the beginning fitness enthusiast, so everyone receives a rewarding class.
